Maxwell Welcomes 2009 PGPPM Delegation from India

The Maxwell School welcomes officers participating in the Post Graduate Programme in Public Policy and Management (PGPPM).  The PGPPM program, jointly delivered by the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIMB) and the Maxwell School, was first started in 2002 as a Government of India initiative to strengthen public policy analysis of senior officers. 

Each year, participants travel to Maxwell to participate in a seven-week international component of the program entitled “Issues in Public Policy: an International Perspective”. 

This year participants arrived representing the Indian Railways Service, State Civil Service, Central Engineering Service, State Bank of India, India Forest Service, India Postal Service, India Statistical Service, India Revenue Service and India Police Service.
