Public Policy Analysis
Maxwell School has a numerous faculty to choose from for our public policy analysis courses, which typically focus on two areas: first, the analytical tools that one can generically apply across a range of public policy issues, and second, specific knowledge across a broad range of public policy issues (i.e. privatization; decentralization; international security; social welfare; education finance, and much more). The following describes a few of the public policy related programs that we currently implement.
Post-Graduate Public Policy and Management (PGPPM) – Executive Education runs a seven week program in the U.S. on public policy issues in the U.S. to provide PGPPM participants with an international perspective.
International Public Administration Program – Executive Education runs a program with Tsinghua University, China that introduces mid-level Chinese officials to the latest developments in public administration.
Indian Administrative Service, Phase IV Training – Executive Education, Maxwell and IIMB have been contracted by the Government of India to design and deliver a 2 month long training program for mid-career IAS officer in India.
