The multidisciplinary International Relations Program is part of the Maxwell School of Syracuse University, a school of public affairs and citizenship with a long and distinguished tradition of commitment to integrative education. The International Relations Program links the Maxwell School's long-standing interest in contemporary global problems with scholarly and practical approaches to solving them.

Undergraduate students earn a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations.
The Graduate Program combines a broad academic experience with specialized training aimed at preparing students for positions in the public, private, and not-for-profit sectors. Graduate students earn a professional Master of Arts degree in International Relations and have an option for a variety of combined degrees.
The International Relations Program attracts students from around the world and utilizes the resources of Maxwell's various academic departments and multidisciplinary research programs, such as the Moynihan Institute for Global Affairs and the Program on the Analysis and Resolution of Conflicts (PARC) . Core faculty are drawn from Anthropology , Economics , Geography , History , Political Science , and Sociology as well as from other departments and interdisciplinary programs at Syracuse University.
