Ph.D. IN PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION

Application to the Ph.D. Program in Public Administration requires a completed Masters degree in Public Administration or related field. We have just over 20 full time students in residence and do not offer the Ph.D. on a part time basis. Admission is highly selective with just 5-8 students admitted annually. Many students completing their MPA at Maxwell have gone onto doctoral study at Maxwell or in many other fine programs across the United States, including RAND, SUNY Albany and the University of Pittsburgh.
